Do a leaflet drop

Get your child to help a group drop leaflets off for local charities. You can contact the library for a list of local groups, or you may have a volunteer center. It will get them out of the house and keep them fit and they will enjoy it but don't try to force your kid into doing it because he won't do it. Get another idea here instead and come back to this one later.
